A wet and wild day on Prior Lake, but a day that didn't disappoint. Chris and Tammy Zakashefski pulled in a toad at 5.31 lbs. to take the Sump'n Sump'n big bass award. The toad was the first fish of the day for Tammy and a great way to start the 2014 season. The teams of Brad Cline/Jeff Bosshardt and August Hennies/Dirk Robertson duked it out for first place, both with 14+ lb. bags. Brad/Jeff were able to edge out the victory and take the first place honors with a total bag just shy of the 15 lb. mark.
We would like to extend our thanks to all the fisherman that braved the stormy weather, our sponsors, Harbor Community Church who hosted our Friday night meeting, Pastor Jon Tolly for his inspirational message and Captain Jacks for their flexibility/willingness to host the weigh-in and provide some great food after a fun day on the lake.
Don't forget!!!! Our next stop on the tournament trail can be found in Alexandria, MN, who was recently ranked as one of the Top 10 Best Small Town's in the country. This next FOM event will be focusing in on the Le Homme Dieu Chain of Lakes which is sure to challenge our teams with its expansive chain of 11 lakes. Please sign-up soon, you don't want to miss out on this event. For questions please feel free to contact us, we would love to hear from you!!!
