Boat Landing: Emerson Bay ramp on the south west side of West Okoboji.

Boat Check Location: Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp
Boat Check Time: Starting at 5:00 am until blast off.
Blast off Time: 5:45 am
Weigh in Location: Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp
Weigh in Time: 2:00 PM
Special Regulations: Check Iowa laws for all regulations.
1) 15 inch minimum length limit
2) 25 MPH speed limit before 30 minutes after sunrise.
